Gen 4 Chapter 28: Just call me Auntie!

This is a picture of Dad's latest "friend"... Kristain, or something like that. It doesn't matter, we just call him Bucket of Bolts or BOB for short. He's weird and annoying, and not in a good way. I don't know why Dad brought him home.



Then again, why does Dad do anything he does these days?

I guess I'll just be happy that he's having fun now and not creeping on Puzzle anymore!



Nice hint there, Dad. No pressure or anything.



Mom went out to join Dad in the water and he totally ran off to work! Can you believe it? He's super old and they probably wouldn't blame him if he took a day off to spend time with his bikini-clad wife and he totally ditched.

Mom didn't care, though. She was having too much fun. Sometimes I feel bad about my "no pool" rules.

But... no.



Look how sweet Blu is! He was totally making waffles for me!



Weirdly, I didn't feel all that hungry this morning.



Oh well. Nothing that I quick work-out won't fix!



Or maybe not.



I couldn't think about it, though, because Blu set the kitchen on fire! I don't think that's happened for generations! Us Hodgins are good cooks.

Fire!

And I thought water was dangerous!



And look at him acting like it wasn't him... like he didn't do anything...

He's so cool under pressure.



Blu let the fire burn until Mom finally showed up and told him to put it out. Really, what was he thinking? He should have put it out long before then. He's supposed to be the level headed one in our relationship!



Fire! Panic! Why doesn't Blu panic?!

Oh. Level headed. Right.



In all of the excitement, we almost forgot that Nemo was throwing a house party at the guys' new place!

It's a good thing that we made it, though, or we would have missed Sebastian being invisible!

Well, he had a head and feet, but everything in between was invisible! Isn't that a great trick? I hope he teaches it to me.



Huh. Guess he's really tired.



Oh! Wow! That's an even better trick than being invisible!



Meet Margo, my niece! I'm Auntie Ariel! This is the best house warming party ever.



Mom couldn't wait to get her hands on her first grandbaby.

At least maybe they'll leave me alone about popping out a kids now.

A/N: Invisible Sebastian gives birth at Nemo's party... I couldn't have planned that better if I'd tried! And both Gwyn's and Zeke's wish for a grandchild were fulfilled... but now they've both rolled wishes for 5 grandkids. Sigh. 

Speaking of grandkids, Ariel was nauseated and she and Blu did woohoo (unsupervised) at the end of the last chapter, but I didn't hear any lullabies and the moodlet went away in all of the fire excitement. Hmmm...

I'm starting to think that Blu might have a hidden evil trait or something... he looks way too happy about the fire.


Ariel is so upset by the fire that she punches clear through Blu's stomach!

I'm not sure that Zeke really likes BOB any more than the rest of us.


Gwyn is so impatient to see the new grandbaby that she walks through the door.

Gen 4 Chapter 27: Will he ever get the hint?

We were all getting kind of stir crazy, so Mom decided that it was time for the rest of us to get out and see a little of Appaloosa Plains.

We went to the local spa/salon/whatever because she'd heard that Sebastian and Puzzle and Nemo were there and she wanted to see them.

I guess she was missing her guys.

Sebastian had been called in to the hospital, but Puzzle was there and he told us the craziest news... he and Sebastian eloped!

Can you believe it? It's totally about time.



Blu wanted to get a tattoo, but there weren't any artists around. So I talked him into letting me give it a go. I mean, I've gotten tattoos and seen Mom get hers... how hard could it be?

Really, though, I can't believe Blu trusts me so much!

That's love right there, people.



Afterward, Blu got worried that there were too many people around. He was hungry, too. So he went to the dive bar across the street. I followed him, of course, but he wouldn't look at me for some reason.



While we were gone, little Nova grew up! Maybe that's why Blu was so moody, he loves that little cat so.



Nova is pretty cute. Maybe Blu wanted to give her a party or something.



To make it up to him, I bought him the water slide that he's been wanting! Water is dangerous, but at least this is just sprinkles. It's hard for sprinkles to gang up on people. Not like a pool or something.



It must have been a good gift, because he agreed to sleep in my bed with me. We may have even gotten a little frisky! It's not quite baby-making, but it's one step closer!

And it's so cute how he dreams about Nova.



I just wish that it hadn't taken water to get back on his good side. The nightmares are back.

A/N: Poor Ariel. Everyone in the family (except her, of course) was wishing for a water slide so we finally got one. Now they're all wishing for a hot tub... I'm not sure how she'd take that! She and Blu did manage to sneak a woohoo in while I wasn't looking, between the sliding and the sleeping. Yay! Progress! Also, Story Progression made me so happy when it popped up that Sebastian and Puzzle had gotten married!

Gen 4 Chapter 26: Nova!

I guess Blu was serious when he said he wanted to sculpt with me! He almost looks as good sculpting as he does working out.

I wonder if he'll ever realize that he should have babies with me.



Mom misses having a pool. She wants to get a hot tub, but I just can't let that happen. Water is dangerous. I keep telling her that.

That didn't stop her from visiting the community pool, though.

And she was skinny dipping!

My parents are so weird.



I wonder if the magic is gone between me and Blu. I think we need to work on our romance.



I did manage to sculpt enough clay to get a promotion and get permission to start working with wood!

I'll have to tell Blu that. I'll bet he'll be impressed.



We did decide to adopt a kitten... Blu was missing his cat from back on Lunar Lakes and I want to adopt lots and lots of them.

This is Blu with Nova. Isn't she adorable?



Blu's adorable, too! I hardly got a chance to snuggle with Nova, he almost never let her go! He's going to make such a good dad.

A/N: Awww... new kitty. Blu autonomously carried Nova all over the house with him and pretty much won't leave her alone if he has a free moment! If only he or Ariel would wish to have a baby. I'm very close to taking over for a sim day and forcing the issue. Both Zeke and Gwyn are wishing for grandkids, though, so I might be able to use that as a loophole!

Blu looks creepy sleeping in his sleeping bag before the bag actually shows up! The puddle is where some random townie got stuck hanging out behind the picnic table and peed four or five times before I reset her.


Nova wonders where the ghosts are, too. We all miss VJ and Trixie and Kevin and Neli!

Gen 4 Chapter 25: Time to move on

Moving was weird, but I'm getting the hang of it. I got a new sculpting station and started working on a new sink. I found out that I can get a promotion if I sell enough clay stuff! Best job ever!

I decided to buy an extra station since Blu mentioned that he might like to sculpt something with me.

See? We're perfect for each other.

It's peaceful here in the yard, too, without a pool. I'm so glad that we bought a place without water lurking around every corner.



Mom wanted to get a maid, but Puzzle talked her into getting one of these weird coffins. Then a skeleton came out of it and started to clean our house! Maybe Appaloosa Plains won't be so boring after all!



Later, Puzzle welcomed Sebastian home. Warmly. While the cats looked on. It was quite a scene.



And then, it was birthday time! Puzzle had his birthday with the cats and Dad. I'm not sure that the cats were as into it as Dad was, though. They mostly seemed annoyed.



Then we heard Sebastian yelling from his room: "Hey! Me, too!"



But no one made it to see him get older. I don't know what the rest of us were doing. Blu was at work, so it wasn't like I was doing anything more important!



Then Puzzle started getting all dramatic about being old and still living with the parents. He told Sebastian that they really needed to get their own place and start living their lives instead of just following the rest of us around.

I see his point, but there was no need to be so distraught!



Nemo went with them. And the cats, of course. I know all of the cats (except Dink) are technically mine and Mom's, but they'd become so devoted to Puzzle that we couldn't even consider them not moving with the guys. I can visit them whenever I want and it frees up some space to adopt new cats, which I've wanted to do forever!



Of course, they got a place with a pool. They never did listen to me.

A/N: Seven Sims and four cats were just too much for me, so I moved the boys out with the cats. It made sense since Puzzle loved the cats. And I really didn't need Sebastian and Puzzle going through their mid-life crises all over the place while I'm trying to get Ariel and Blu to wish for babies! I'm going to miss them, though.

Zeke was creeping on Puzzle again. And the cats are annoyed that they can't get through the door!


Sebastian was so excited about his birthday that he dislocated his shoulder!


Ariel fell asleep in the yard after sculpting one night, on a full moon. This zombie stood next to her boo-ing her for hours! It was very weird.
